About the event
The Community navigators invite Spanish-speaking Mothers to an event on May 18th, 11 am - 12:30 pm.
This workshop is designed to help you understand how breastfeeding evolves as your baby grows. From the first weeks through the first 6 months, you’ll learn what to expect at each stage so you can experience this journey with calm, confidence, and support. We will cover topics such as the early days, how to achieve a good latch, changes in your breasts, growth spurts, returning to work, and breast milk storage.
At the end of the workshop, there will be time to share questions and experiences in a supportive space.
✨ A special gift will be provided for both mother and baby.
👶 Children are welcome to attend.
🌽 Burritos will be served for lunch.
