About the event
Through The Circle, Encompass offers this free program for families with children 16 to 30 months old who live in the Snoqualmie Valley, Riverview, and Issaquah school districts. The program provides a Early Literacy Specialist who visits your home twice a week with free books and educational toys, showing you how to use them so your child can learn through play while you strengthen your family bond.
