Enjoy a cup of coffee and tea while meeting other women and learning about your emotions and how to manage them effectively. This series of 4 continuous sessions will promote your emotional and mental well-being. The sessions are:
1) Tips for managing difficulties with Children (June 2)
2) Finding calm during grief (June 9)
3) Life after Traumatic events (June 23)
4) Art and expression therapy (June 30)
When: Monday, from June 2 to June 30 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
