Adolescence is a critical stage of brain development that shapes how teens think, feel, and make decisions. Have you ever wondered why your teen sometimes makes impulsive or risky choices? In this workshop, you’ll learn how the adolescent brain works and gain practical tools to strengthen communication, build trust, and support healthy decision-making.
Facilitator:
Gloria Martínez (she/her) is a Colombian psychologist with over 10 years of experience supporting families and adolescents. She specializes in child and family guidance, conflict resolution, and social-emotional development, and is committed to strengthening diverse communities.
