Financial Education Workshop - 3 Sessions [ENGLISH]

In this in-person workshop you will build a solid foundation for managing your money, accessing financial products, understanding credit and safeguarding your finances. You will also develop skills and gain

confidence in navigating unfamiliar financial products and services.

Class 1: Money Management

June 5th from 6:30-8:00pm

Money management is the process of planning and adjusting your finances to ensure you have enough money for the things you need and want, now and in the future. This class includes defining goals, creating a budget, tracking your spending, and making informed decisions about spending, saving, and sharing your money.

Class 2: Banking

June 12th from 6:30-8:00pm

Access to affordable financial products and services will help you safely manage your money. This class includes learning about and choosing a financial institution, understanding different products and services, and opening accounts.

Class 3: Credit

June 19th from 6:30-8:00pm

Understanding your credit activity, credit report, and credit score can help you make decisions to build and keep a favorable credit record. This class includes learning how to request your credit report, reading a credit report, knowing about credit scores, and building and keeping a good credit history.
